Cat’s Tail (2024)

5.8 x 11.7 | Illustrator, Photoshop, Printed on Paper

Cat's Tail is a child-friendly instruction manual for kids, which I made after my younger brother's friend grabbed my cat's tail, got scratched, and cried. It wasn't malice; he just didn't know cats communicate with their tails. Inferred from its title, Cat’s Tail explains cat tail positions and their hidden meanings in simple drawings and vivid colors, so even a younger kid could read it from across the room. This piece is different from the others because it isn't about critique; it's about usefulness. I was seeking to make something clear, fast, and readable that changes behavior in real life.
