Both Insomnia and Equilibrium reflect my instinctive search for peace amid imbalance shaped by an unsteady inner state.

Insomnia symbolizes the overstimulation and loss of direction in modern society. A road sign points to INSOMNIA, both destination and diagnosis. I built the tangle so the eye may wander and never quite arrive, the way thoughts loop for me at 2 a.m. The lone train keeps moving even when the streets are quiet: one system won’t shut down. The piece maps sleeplessness as an infrastructure that keeps running after everything else rests.
